Watch Him Turn It for My Good

Genesis 50:20 – “You intended to harm me, but God intended it for good to accomplish what is now being done, the saving of many lives.”
There are moments in life that leave deep scars.
Moments no one sees.
Moments that try to steal your voice, your worth, your light.
I’ve lived through abuse. I’ve survived rape. I’ve been in toxic relationships and made decisions I’m not proud of. I've lied, stolen, given my body away outside of marriage, and walked roads that felt far from holy. And still... God never stopped reaching for me.
The enemy tried to use all of it to destroy me.
But God—oh, our God—He turned it.
He turned pain into purpose.
He turned trauma into testimony.
He turned the mess into a mission.
Girl on Fire Fitness isn’t just a gym.
It’s a God-given vision born out of the ashes.
With the help of my godly friends, my beautiful Aunt Noochie, and committed clients, I stopped running and started rebuilding. God used their prayers, their love, and their belief in who He created me to be, and He showed me how to burn bright with a purpose rooted in Him.
Now, Girl on Fire Fitness is a place where people come not just to move their bodies, but to move their hearts back toward hope.
Yes, the world meant to harm me.
Yes, I’ve made mistakes.
But my God? He’s a Redeemer.
And what was meant to break me...
He’s using to save lives.
🔥 If you’re reading this and think you’ve messed up too much, walked too far, or are carrying too much pain, please hear me: You are not disqualified. You are not too far gone. God can still turn it for your good.
Because I’m living proof that He will.
