A Bit About Me

Hi, I’m Nikki Bartram, the founder and fire behind Girl on Fire Fitness LLC. I’m a certified Personal Trainer, Yoga Instructor, and Nutrition Coach with a deep passion for helping people become truly healthy and happy—body, mind, and soul.

My own transformation journey lit a spark in me to walk alongside others on theirs. I believe fitness is so much more than what happens in the gym—it’s about feeling confident in your own skin, nourishing your body well, and showing up for life with purpose and joy. My specialties include mobility, flexibility, recovery, strength training, senior health, and total-body transformations.

No matter where you're starting, I’m here to help you reach your goals with compassion, accountability, and plenty of encouragement (and laughs!). I believe a great workout should challenge you and make you smile. Humor is part of the journey—because fitness should be fun, not something you dread.

At Girl on Fire Fitness, faith is at the core of everything we do. I’m on fire for God, and I believe that through Him, all things are possible—Philippians 4:13 is the heartbeat of my mission.

When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me outdoors with animals, diving into a good book, studying history or the Word, or enjoying a cozy Sunday after church with my boyfriend.

I offer personal training, group fitness, yoga, and nutrition coaching for all ages and fitness levels, focusing on transformation, strength, mobility, recovery, and spiritual health. My approach blends faith-based encouragement and humor in a motivating environment, with in-person and virtual training options, including programs for teens and community outreach.

I delivered customized training programs for individuals and groups, focusing on functional movement, mobility, strength, and recovery. I also supported clients through transformation programs and provided nutrition coaching.

I led the coaching team and managed fitness programming, creating personalized workout and nutrition plans. I built strong relationships by offering accountability and client-centered support.

I trained a diverse range of clients, focusing on strength, endurance, and goal-setting, helping members build confidence and consistency in their fitness journeys.

I provided pro bono training and nutrition guidance to individuals in the community, helping them take their first steps toward a healthier lifestyle. This reinforced my passion for coaching and laid the foundation for Girl on Fire Fitness.
