This is our third week working with Nikki and we feel absolutely blessed to have found her! Being beginners we needed someone who would be able to set up and guide us through workouts while offering modifications. She has not disappointed! She has gone above and beyond with offering not only modifications but also tailoring specific stretches based on our individual needs. I highly recommend girl on fire fitness! Nikki is a great trainer, she takes time to explain and show you exactly how to do each and every move. She is committed to helping each individual not only physically but mentally as well! Especially when you think you can’t, she is right there telling you you can!!!
I have had injuries and aging that has left me somewhat disabled. I started working with Nikki a little over a year ago. When I started, I tried to do a bridge and I could feel the muscles firing, but my butt would not come off the ground. Now I can hold a bridge for almost a minute. My walking and climbing stairs are much better. I’m amazed at how weak I was when I started, and how much I have improved. Nikki has lots of modifications that make it safe for me to exercise.
Restarting my fitness routine was a bit uncertain for me. However, within a couple visits, Nikki and I clicked and I do believe she has a vision for what I need to help me get back to a healthier, stronger me. Nikki cares and together with our faith WE will get there! Go Girls on Fire Fitness!! 🔥
Nikki is great!!! She makes me comfortable with being a first time person learning how to work out. She also checks on you daily to make sure you’re doing ok or give pointers on stretches that will help. I highly recommend working with her!!! Super friendly and an awesome teacher!! My experience has been super pleasant!!!
Getting older, aches and pains are becoming a constant in my life. Girls on Fire helped me with certain exercises, nutrition, and yoga. In just one yoga movement, my hip pain was gone! Nikki is patient and kind. I recommend her highly.

We incorporate faith-based affirmations, scripture reflections, and moments of prayer into our sessions to help you stay spiritually grounded while working toward your health goals.
