Owning a Small Business and Gym Isn’t Easy… But God is Always Faithful 🙏🔥

Being a small business owner—especially in the fitness world—isn’t always sunshine 🌞 and protein shakes 🥤. There are seasons when the weights feel heavier outside the gym than they do inside it 🏋️♀️. Summer ☀️ is one of those seasons. Vacations ✈️, kids home from school 🧒👧, shifting schedules 📆… things get quiet, and it can be tough to keep the fire going 🔥.
But here's what I’ve learned:🙏 Prayer is powerful.💪 Prayer with action is even more powerful.
I pray hard, and I work hard. Because I believe in what we’re doing here at Girl on Fire Fitness 💥. I believe in every transformation, every drop of sweat 💦, every person who walks in looking for change and walks out stronger 💥.

If you’ve ever trained with me 🧘♀️, come to class 👟, referred a friend 🗣️, liked a post 👍, or simply said a kind word 💬—thank you 💖. You are helping me live out a God-given mission ✝️ to help people grow in strength 💪, confidence ✨, and faith 🙌.
Word of mouth means the 🌎 to a business like mine.Every referral 🔁, every review 📝, every "you should check this place out" convo 🗨️ is more valuable than any ad 📣 or marketing plan.
If you’ve been blessed by this space ✨, please continue to share it 🤗. You never know who needs a place like Girl on Fire Fitness—who needs community 🤝, motivation 🔥, or a new beginning 🌱.
From the bottom of my heart ❤️: thank you 🙏 for being part of this journey 🚶♀️. Your support, prayers 🙏, and belief fuel more than just a business—they keep the fire burning 🔥🔥🔥.
