Fear Not—God Is With You

Every morning, before my feet even touch the floor, I usually wake up with either a song or a Bible verse playing in my mind. It’s been that way most of my life—a quiet whisper from God, gently reminding me that He’s with me, guiding me, speaking directly to my heart.
Not long ago, I woke up with Isaiah 41:10 repeating over and over in my head:
"Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God;I will strengthen you, I will help you,I will uphold you with my righteous right hand."
It stopped me in my tracks.
That morning, I knew I wasn’t just having a passing thought—I knew God was talking to me. He was reminding me of who He is and what He’s promised me.
You see, I’m in a season of building. I’ve been pouring my heart, energy, and faith into Girl on Fire Fitness—a business born not just from a love of health and movement, but from a deep desire to help people transform their lives from the inside out. It's not just about physical strength, flexibility, or nutrition (though all of those things matter). It's about connecting people back to their God-given purpose. It’s about walking in faith, living in freedom, and feeling good in your body while growing strong in spirit.
But if I’m being real, this path hasn’t been easy.
Building a business from scratch is hard. There are days filled with doubt, where fear creeps in and whispers lies like “What if you fail?” or “What if this doesn’t work out?” There are moments when the to-do list feels never-ending, and the weight of responsibility is heavy. When you’re self-employed and walking in your calling, it can feel like you’re carrying it all on your shoulders.
But that’s where Isaiah 41:10 hits me right in the heart.
"Fear not..."
Not because I’m strong enough, but because He is.
"I will strengthen you..."
Not maybe. Not sometimes. He will.
"I will uphold you with My righteous right hand..."
That means I don’t have to do this alone.
That verse reminds me that God already knows every challenge I’ll face—every “no,” every slow season, every doubt—and He still says, “Don’t be afraid. I’ve got you.”
It also reminds me of how far I’ve already come. What started as a vision is now a growing community. Girl on Fire Fitness isn’t just a name—it’s a mission. It represents being on fire for God, on fire for purpose, and on fire for helping others discover their strength, inside and out.
I’m so incredibly grateful for the clients who have believed in me and this mission from the beginning. Your support, referrals, encouragement, and prayers have meant the world. You are proof that God brings the right people into our lives when we need them most.
To anyone reading this who’s in a similar season—whether you’re building a dream, starting over, or walking through something that feels too big—take this verse as your reminder, too. You are not alone. You are not forgotten. God is not only with you, He is for you.
Let His words be louder than your fear.
I’d love to know—what does Isaiah 41:10 mean to you right now? How has God reminded you that He’s with you, even in the uncertainty?
Let’s encourage one another in faith. 💛🔥
