As we gather under the summer sky this 4th of July, my heart is full of gratitude—for my family, my freedom, and most of all, my faith. 🇺🇸✨
For me, this holiday isn’t just about fireworks and barbecue (though I love those too!). It’s a time to pause and thank God for the blessings we too often take for granted: the ability to worship freely, raise our families in faith, and pursue the calling He places on each of our lives.

🙏 My Faith Comes First
As a Catholic, I believe God is the ultimate source of our freedom. The freedoms we celebrate on Independence Day—freedom of speech, freedom of worship, the freedom to live with purpose—are not only American ideals, they are sacred gifts. And I don’t take them lightly.
I pray for our country. I pray for our leaders. I pray that we never forget Who makes all things possible. And I pray for a return to Common Sense as a conservative woman.
💛 A Mother’s Pride: My Son Ryan
This 4th of July is extra emotional for me because my son, Ryan, is serving in the Army. Knowing that he chose to step up, serve this country, and protect the very freedoms we celebrate brings tears to my eyes. I’m so proud of him. So thankful. And, like any mom, always praying for his safety.
I raised him with faith, and I know God is with him wherever he goes. 🇺🇸✝️

🔥 Girl on Fire for Faith and Freedom
Here at Girl on Fire Fitness, we don’t just train bodies—we strengthen souls. And our workouts don’t stop at sweat and reps. They’re built on a foundation of hope, healing, and the belief that freedom begins within.
Whether you’re walking into class for the first time or showing up after a long break, remember: you are free to start again. Free to grow stronger. Free to walk in the light God gives you.

📖 A Verse for the 4th
“Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.”
—2 Corinthians 3:17
💬 From My Heart to Yours
This Independence Day, I’m celebrating with gratitude for this country, deep love for my son in uniform, and unshakable faith in God’s goodness.
Let the fireworks remind us of the battles that were fought so we could live free.
Let the stars and stripes remind us of the sacrifices being made every day.
And let our faith remind us that our true freedom is found in Christ.
God bless you.
God bless Ryan.
And God bless the USA. 🇺🇸✝️🔥
